1. Pre-Orders, Waitlist Reservations & Early Access
SOVR’s Ranger H1 is currently offered as a waitlist / early-access reservation, not an immediately shipping product.

Joining the waitlist is free and does not require payment.

When pre-orders open, customers will be notified before their card is ever charged.

Because no physical product has shipped yet, returns do not apply until your unit is delivered.
2. Returns (After Your Product Has Been Delivered)
We stand behind the quality of our hardware. If you are not satisfied after receiving your Ranger H1, you may request a return within:
→ 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:

Product must be in good physical condition

All accessories, cables, and original packaging must be included

Return must be initiated from the email address used during purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
4. Defective or DOA Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or non-operational:

We will repair, replace, or refund the unit at no cost to you

Photos or video proof may be requested to expedite service
Your satisfaction and operational readiness are extremely important to us.
5. Exchanges
If your Ranger H1 is operational but you need a different configuration (mount, antenna, etc.):

Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis within 30 days

Customer may be responsible for shipping unless due to a defect
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Products damaged by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair

Physical damage caused by impact, liquid, or neglect

Units missing serial numbers or tampered security seals

Software, digital downloads, or custom configurations requested by the customer
7. Warranty
All Ranger H1 units include a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal-use hardware failures.
Full warranty terms will be provided at product launch.
