By accessing or using SOVRTech.com, joining our waitlist, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms govern your use of:

  • SOVRTech.com

  • The SOVR Ranger H1 waitlist and pre-order system

  • All digital content, communications, and services offered by SOVR

  • Any purchases or future purchases of SOVR hardware or accessories

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

To use our site or purchase products, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • Authorized to enter into a binding agreement

If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Waitlist, Pre-Orders & Early Access

SOVR may offer:

  • Waitlist signups

  • Early-access notifications

  • Pre-orders for products not yet shipping

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not require payment and does not guarantee product availability or delivery dates.

Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order:

  • Your payment method may be charged immediately or upon shipment (depending on checkout settings)

  • Estimated delivery timelines are subject to change

  • You acknowledge you are purchasing a product that may still be in development or undergoing manufacturing updates

Changes to Product Specifications

Because hardware evolves during development, SOVR reserves the right to modify Ranger H1 specifications, materials, firmware, and enclosure design prior to shipment.

You will receive updates regarding significant changes.

Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing

If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid delivery address

  • Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Acknowledging that shipping delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, or carrier issues

By purchasing from SOVR, you agree to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty

Ranger H1 hardware includes a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The full warranty will be provided at the time of product shipment.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Misuse

  • Water damage unless product is rated for it

  • Firmware modifications not provided by SOVR

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SOVR’s website or products in ways that:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, access our backend systems, or breach security

  • Use Ranger H1 for unlawful surveillance, tracking, or harmful activities

SOVR disclaims liability for inappropriate or illegal misuse of our products.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on SOVRTech.com—including logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, and text—are the property of SOVR Technologies.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Create derivative works

without written permission.

Third-Party Services

SOVR may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Starlink

  • LTE modems

  • Mapping or situational-awareness tools

  • TAK/ATAK-compatible applications

SOVR is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability

  • Pricing

  • Firmware or software changes

  • Coverage, outages, or limitations

Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SOVR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • SOVR’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of connectivity

  • Failure of communication systems

  • Operational losses

  • Emergency or mission failures

Ranger H1 is not a certified emergency communication device and should not be solely relied upon for life-critical missions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SOVR harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of:

  • Ranger H1

  • Our website

  • Our services

  • Any violation of these Terms

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site or products indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Venue for disputes is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
