Thank you for choosing SOVR. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, delivery expectations, and how to get support if issues arise.

Current Status: Pre-Orders & Early Access

Ranger H1 is currently offered through waitlist and early-access reservations.
This means:

  • Some orders may be pre-orders, not in-stock shipments.

  • Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout and in follow-up emails.

  • Shipping timelines may change due to manufacturing schedules or component availability.

You will always receive updates as milestones are reached.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • Canada

  • Additional countries may be added during future production batches

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Once Ranger H1 enters production and items are in stock:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order units:

  • Shipping will begin once manufacturing is complete.

  • Each customer will receive estimated timelines and updates via email.

Shipping Times

Typical delivery times once your order has shipped:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: Varies by region (7–21 days)

Exact timing depends on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address

  • Order weight

  • Shipping speed selected

Occasionally, promotional periods (such as early-access launch events) may include discounted or free shipping.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost or stuck in transit:

  • Email us at [email protected]

  • We will open a claim with the carrier

  • Replacement decisions will be made case-by-case

Stolen Packages

Once marked "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the customer.
However, we will do our best to support you and may provide replacement options at our discretion.

Damaged Items

If your Ranger H1 arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos or video

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address.

If the address provided is incorrect and the order has shipped:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

  • We cannot guarantee retrieval of the misdelivered package

Contact us immediately if you need to correct your address after ordering.

Pre-Order Manufacturing Variability

Because Ranger H1 is a hardware product built using high-quality components assembled in the USA, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Component sourcing

  • Quality control processes

  • Firmware updates

  • Factory production timelines

  • Supplier constraints

We will always notify customers of significant changes.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to countries under U.S. sanctions or export restrictions.
Certain accessories may be subject to export compliance regulations.
